Shipping and Delivery Policy

General Policy

All products purchased from Peffic will be delivered to the customer through our logistics partners. We strive to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery of your order by the estimated arrival date provided during the checkout process. However, please note that this date is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

We offer free Standard delivery of 12-14 days on all orders. If you’re in a hurry, you can reach out to our team for express delivery options.

While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, Peffic cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen events. Delays resulting from such circumstances will not be considered a deficiency in our service.

Payment and Dispatch

Our unique payment model allows you to pay 50% upfront while placing your order. After you receive photos confirming the quality of the final product, the remaining 50% must be paid before the order is dispatched. Please note that if the final payment is not received promptly, Peffic will not be responsible for any delays in shipping, and no cancellation requests will be entertained at that stage. Orders will only be shipped once the full payment is complete.

Accuracy of Address

It is important that customers provide a complete and accurate postal address to facilitate timely delivery. Peffic will not be liable for delays, loss of shipments, or any other issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their address information.

Changes to Orders

Any requests for changes to the product, delivery address, or other order details after the order has been placed may result in changes to the original estimated arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee their execution and will not be liable for any delays or issues that may arise from these changes.

Unavailable or Refused Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery within 7 days of the first delivery attempt, Peffic reserves the right to cancel the order. We will not be liable for any misuse or loss of products post-cancellation.

Liability

We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to delivery delays or issues outside our control.
